Radisson Blu Marina Palace Hotel, Turku

We had a really good stay in their vacation.

Had a superior queen room with a good work space, and we truly enjoyed it. All the staff were very amiable, professional.

Well, it was a PLEASANT stay that early in their vacation. The room was well-appointed and great-sized, had private bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed views over river. The hotel was in a very central location by the canal.

had a very very good stay at a business trip, everything was very good. the breakfast was comprehensive and delicious with healthy smoothies, the omelette, local food, perfect to start our day.

Location was good, on the bank of the river, Changed the room from one at the back to one overlooking the river and this was very good. The staff were good and the hotels great for our weekend away. Queue at ccheck out was long though

First room we were allocated was small and overlooked the road. Staff changed it immediately, to a far better one.Also queue to check out took about 10 minutes.

The breakfast staff was really nice and effektive. We got a room early in the morning, well before check-in time.

Parking was far too expensive. Difficult not to wet a big part of the bathroom, (as it was protected from the shower only by a narrow stip of glass wall at one end of the bathtub) - especially as they forgot to give us a bath mat the second day. No cleaning the first day, quite late in the afternoon on the second.

the service was excellent in terms of the behaviour of the hotel staff. Also the breakfast was quite satisfactory.

the room was not in such a proper condition as hotel rooms are supposed to be.

The reception staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to facilitate a day trip to Tallinn for my wife and I.The breakfast staff were smiling and pleasant. The room staff were efficient and unimposing.

Good Restaurant for Dinner; quiet Location, but in center of City; 70years building, but rooms new and very nice

good location , walking distance from the city center and all the shops and cafes, just by the river, very good breakfast with many things to select from . Staff is mainly helpfull.

1. The room was not cleaned one of the days that we were there for some unknown reason. 2. Bad sound insulation of the rooms (No 544) 3. the first evening we sat at the terrace cafe-restaurant of the hotel but even after 30 minutes no one cared to come and take an order and we left. 4. The concept with the mirrors and the lights in the room is very nice and interesting but when you turn of the lights you hear the whole structure to crack for half an hour the least.

Great river views from the Superior Room. Comfortable bed and spacious layout. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. Fast Wi-Fi was a plus for working during my trip. Attentive staff provided excellent service 😊

Good location, excellent breakfast but try to eat before 9am. Quality of hotel was excellent too.

Bathroom floor flooded as drained from the shower due to poor design.

Our booking from Booked.net had come to the hotel with wrong date even though I had (and still have) a confirmation email with the correct dates. Hotel was fully booked and the only available room was the hotel suite, which was given to us with the rate on the standard room. So you can probably understand why we are really happy with the hotel and its personnel but not too happy with Booked.net reservation system, since we would have been in trouble if the suite hadn't been available. All in all the hotel was really nice and personnel really helpful and friendly, strongly recommended.

The room was well-equipped, bed was comfortable and the design of the room was modern and fresh. Air-conditioning was quiet and worked well so I slept like a baby. Breakfast was versatile and everything tasted good. The location in Turku was excellent and the view from the window very nice. Fair value for the money. PS! I loved the lemon-grass scented complementary beauty products!

The room was not as clean as it could have been - the curtains had many cigarette holes in them, the bedcover was very dusty and the window had someone's big handprints on it. Also the bathtub looked old and absolutely non-inviting..

We spent 2 nights in a Superior Room, enjoying lovely views of the river and a spacious layout. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise, and it felt luxurious after a long day. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and the easy bus access.
